Thank you to OneGoal for your support of our mission to advocate and be the VOICE of Illinois rural and small schools! The Association of Illinois Rural and Small Schools (AIRSS) is excited to partner with this organization focused on equitable postsecondary opportunities for rural students.
OneGoal is a nonprofit organization providing advising and support for postsecondary education pathways across the United States.
“Our mission is to ensure all students have a clear, supported path to realizing their college and career aspirations,” said Priya Linson, OneGoal Executive Director. “To fulfill that, we must meet students where they are, and partner with districts and school leaders to transform their advising to support student needs. That also means being a dedicated partner in our rural communities, which is why we are excited to be a partner with AIRSS and be an advocate for college and career access for rural students.”

In Illinois, OneGoal is already working with some rural districts to streamline their students’ access to postsecondary education.
“OneGoal has been instrumental in all aspects of student postsecondary readiness at JCHS,” said a representative from Jersey CUSD. “We have implemented multiple programs through our partnership, including CCPE, PaCe Framework, advising techniques and pathway development.”
“We’ve been working on getting the pathways finalized and approved, and OneGoal has been instrumental in guiding that process,” said a representative from Staunton. “Without their support, it likely would have been more challenging and time-consuming. Having a team that actively troubleshoots and shares ideas has made a significant difference.”
